Astrology for May 25th-31st, 2026
I love a good build up to a Full Moon… as though the atmosphere pressure is shifting. Hair's on our arms standing to attention, the animal in our DNA scattering us about. Fight, flight, freeze? Fawn?
Tensions are building this week truthfully, but for the sake of allowing us to really ground back into our why. Right now, all of our celestial bodies [besides Pluto] are in the first four signs. Aries, Taurus, Gemini, and Cancer — we’re all in the fertile soil of getting to know our new selves.
As things build, we get the opportunity to look closer at our boundaries or… lack there of. A multitude of squares happening this week allow us to peer at where we are irritated, frustrated — which leads to a deeper unveiling of our needs. Then, we can move forwards into building new & beautiful pathways for self.

This is a pretty visceral head to head we’re having here. Self vs self, self vs potential other [?]. I like to observe astrology from the lens of, «as within, so without», so sometimes these transits are mirrored by people outside of ourselves to get a closer look at the dynamics within.
Mars in Taurus is stubborn as hell [I can say that, I am a Taurus Mars xoxo]. This Mars placement doubles down on patterns, comfort, values etc - this means that you may be getting a clear glimpse at…
Where you’ve been standing in your own way.
I know, that is what this square is bringing our attention to. Pluto retrograde in Aquarius is bringing in a deeper internal focus towards outdated paradigms, programming, & collective systems. As these pieces begin to shed away, falling from out dated beliefs… our Mars in Taurus has nothing to stand on. Quaking in fear, our masculine expression may grab on to anything it can.
This can look like leaning into old patterns in movement that have “worked before” kinda like, “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”. But you aren’t the person that built that system anymore, so its time to evolve…
Two ways this can show up:
» going 100% and needing to slow down, reassess, and notice what programming is driving the push
» feeling completely stuck and needing to take one real step instead of waiting for perfect momentum
Whatever unfolds here is a long term pivot. Like steering a barge in a new direction. Just a subtle shift in energy can change your trajectory entirely.

…As this square from the day before fades, this trine is a lovely support to come in and begin a deep repair. The Sun in Gemini is inviting us into exploring new expressions with a childlike curiosity. There is a clarity on what you’re intaking & how it begins to program the mind.
As we allow the square to soften, this trine is almost like new neural pathways forming. The crumbling of the old makes way for new mental expression. You may find yourself experiencing a clarity that moves you beyond your old patterned way of being on this day.
I invite you all to really sit down with the identity that has been bubbling to the surface the last few months. Create a character sheet of this new version of you [look into D&D if you don’t know what I mean]. Who do you want to be? How does that version of you talk? Walk? Dress. Play around, try something new.
✦ Thursday, May 28 — Venus square Saturn
Our widdle tender, sweet precious Venus in Cancer is being met with some clear boundaries… lets break it down.
Venus is our planet of love, devotion, and our desire to be held, in Cancer there is this naivety and pure expression of feeling for the sake of… feeling. With Saturn in Aries making a square here, there is a tension around proper boundaries with emotions.
I am gonna be real honest here. Feelings are not wrong, but without a container — there is no real substance. The expression just melts away into the ground taking a different form.
So I ask you here:
» What containers have you been pouring into that are too [big/small]?
» Where are you expecting something outside of you to hold you in an emotional experience that you have not build a container within yet?
» Are you pouring into things that can’t actually hold the vastness of you?
Boundaries honor both people. I think of Goldilocks, too hot, too cold — Just… right. We are all learning through lived experience right now, so it may take a few tries before you really understand where your needs are.
This transit brings in tension around where you may be caught up in your own emotional storm & have yet to slow down. Where your heart is bleeding all over the floor and you desire someone else to clean it up. You might be on the other end of the spectrum and are a walking talking fortress. Open up.

This configuration today is so yummy, as the Full Moon in Sagittarius is ruled by Mercury…
This sextile between Chiron and Mercury allows us to open up more honestly about where we’ve been, the journey it took to get here. We have all collectively been sitting with an identity wound since Chiron entered Aries back in 2019. This is a moment to actually bring healing words to the experience.
The magick in this transit is that you aren’t meant to be perfect. It is the raw authenticity that comes from sharing yourself, your journey, the pain & turmoil it took for you to get here. Share, speak — confide. We all want to know what has moved through to bring you here.
