Before I jump in, I want to share that I am hosting a Spring Equinox gathering. Read all about it here:

limited spots // rsvp

I am teeming with excitement for this week. Not because there is massive movement, but because it feels as though the fog is burning off. The emotional intensive we’ve been moving through is starting to slowly come together in a clear image.

We’re still sitting pretty in what I’ve been calling a '“birth portal”. Which is the threshold between Pisces [end of life] and Aries [start of life]. Not to mention the eclipses, the retrogrades, the deep emotional excavations of the past few months… they’ve left us in this strange in-between space where something new is forming but hasn’t fully emerged yet.

Take note that each of the personal planets - Venus, Mars, and Mercury - are crossing this birth portal between Pisces and Aries. In the process they’re meeting Saturn and Neptune, which means they are being initiated before they enter a new cycle of action. Our relationships, our will, and our communication are all going through a rite of passage in the coming weeks.

Venus just made it through and…. can you tell a difference? I sure as hell can.

The Transits

✦ Monday, March 9 — Venus sextile Pluto

Venus has only recently moved into Aries after her long swim through Pisces - including crossing both Neptune and Saturn. That journey alone has been an initiation around love, autonomy, and self-worth. Now that she’s entered Aries, something about the tone noticeably shifts.

There is a profound reclamation happening.

This sextile between Venus and Pluto feels like a wire being plugged in - almost like a cable connecting the heart to a larger collective intelligence. Pluto in Aquarius is already reshaping the way we think about identity, power, and community. Venus in Aries is moving through a more personal expression. She’s unapologetic & wants to live honestly from the heart.

When these two connect, it can feel like a moment of recognizing that your personal authenticity actually serves something bigger.

There’s a growing realization happening collectively: we don’t have to abandon ourselves to be loved, useful, or connected to others. In fact, the opposite is more often true. The more someone is rooted in their own sense of self, the more authentic their relationships become.

This transit can bring a quiet but powerful confidence. It’s not the loud kind of authority that demands attention. It’s closer to Queen of Wands energy - the kind of presence that naturally commands respect because it’s deeply rooted in self-trust.

The healing here comes through recognizing that self-love doesn’t isolate you from others. It actually creates more space for genuine connection

✦ Tuesday, March 10 — JUPITER STATIONS DIRECT

Finally.

Jupiter has been retrograde since November 11th, and the emotional work that unfolded during that period has been significant. Jupiter in Cancer expands the emotional body, the sense of belonging, the way we nurture ourselves and others. When it went retrograde, that expansion tunneled inward.

Instead of chasing growth externally, we were asked to examine what actually nourishes us.

Where have we been pouring energy into things that don’t truly feed us back?
Where have we been giving more than we receive?
Where have we been looking outside ourselves for emotional validation?

Jupiter retrograde tends to strip away illusions around what we thought would bring fulfillment. And because this transit was happening in Cancer - a sign ruled by the Moon - each lunar cycle since November has felt like a layer of emotional excavation. Shedding over and over again.

People have been reviewing friendships. Relationships. Family dynamics. Emotional habits. Even the ways we care for ourselves.

It’s been like a slow process of melting and freezing - expansion and contraction - similar to watching ice caps shifting. Things dissolve, reform, and reveal what structures actually hold true.

Now that Jupiter is turning direct, the emotional insight gained during that time begins to move outward again.

The difference is that this expansion now comes from a place of self-nourishment rather than depletion. Instead of pouring into others from an empty cup, the energy shifts toward overflow.

You may start noticing new opportunities for connection, collaboration, or emotional growth appearing. But the real change is internal - the sense that you’re no longer outsourcing your sense of belonging or nourishment.

✦ Thursday, March 12 — Mars conjunct North Node

A threshold appears.

Mars represents action, drive, and the inner masculine. The North Node represents the direction of our collective evolution. When Mars crosses this point, it’s as if something within the psyche recognizes the path forward and begins moving toward it.

But because this is happening in Pisces, the action isn’t loud or aggressive.

It’s subtle shift.

Pisces asks us to surrender control. To release the illusion that we can force outcomes through sheer willpower. Mars in Pisces has been learning this lesson since it entered the sign: the warrior being asked to put down the sword and meditate.

For many people, this transit is revealing a new relationship with discipline - one that isn’t based on pressure or productivity, but true devotion. Spiritual practices. Mindful movement. Intuitive meditation. Creative flow. Rest that is actually restorative.

There’s a quiet realization happening that alignment doesn’t require force.

Sometimes the most powerful action we can take is allowing things to unfold naturally instead of fighting the current. Mars crossing the North Node feels like stepping through a doorway into that understanding.

✦ Sunday, March 15 — Mercury RX conjunct Mars

This meeting happens along Mercury’s retrograde path, which means it carries the feeling of revisiting something with new perspective. When I think about Mercury retrograde, I imagine hiking up a hill and then walking back down the same path. When you are backtracking, you will see things you missed the first time. This is what perspective grants us.

Mars is like another traveler walking up the hill while Mercury is walking down. They meet halfway and exchange information. Now Mercury has already seen the terrain ahead. Mars is just entering it.

So this conjunction becomes a kind of meeting of minds, where insight from the past informs the action we’re about to take.

Because this is happening in Pisces, the information coming through may not arrive logically. It may show up as intuition, dreams, emotional realizations, or body-based knowing.

Pisces transits often feel like watching the snow settle inside a shaken globe. At first everything is swirling, chaotic, impossible to interpret. But if you wait long enough, the particles begin to settle into a pattern.

This transit is helping that process along.

You may find yourself suddenly understanding something about your spiritual path, your desires, or the direction you’re moving that didn’t make sense before.
